Thank you for sharing these numbers. Actually we already knew it wouldn't sound good when they released Living In The Heart of Love... Just get the 2-CD edition for the bonus tracks and keep your old CD's or records for the main album. That's what I've been doing since EOMS deluxe.

Yep, pretty solid effort by Mick to place some good vocals on what sounded like a pretty rambling and by numbers backing track, amazing !
The SMU backing track doesn't sound like the one from "Never Stop" (or the alternate takes from the TY sessions), it is indeed more "reggae".

This is getting to be a serious question - I kind of tell myself "the fidelity of CD" compared to streaming but these brickwalled releases are making it hard to argue that LOL. The books are not usually all that exciting. I have to say the Beatles' boxed sets book are really incredibly informative and enjoyable.

Fast talking, slow walking.... the original outtake is a perfection. I was expecting remastered production... but definitely not new vocals and guitar parts.
I won't be listening this deluxe version even few times, prefer old production and outtakes

I don’t think Heart of Love does either for that matter.
Yeah, that's the one track I could do without, the new version is completely Framkenstein and the old "Never Stop" outtake doesn't move me too much either. I'd rather have the early version of "Little T&A" that first appeared on the "In Tune With Jam" or "Booze & Pills & Powders" bootleg vinyls back in the day - superior to the final version imo, plus it would have added a Keith track to "Lost & Found".
Oh please, spare us. Of course it's a discussion board, and I humbly (as I said) recommend you let it go and enjoy music. Take it or leave it. But a message board is going to have different opinions. It doesn't cease to be a message board if someone challenges you. Actually, it's not even a challenge it's a humble recommendation.

With this levels of compression nothing can sound great. Even 2009 remaster had DR8. And we called that one brickwalled!

I am ready to cancel my order for superdeluxe. With this audio quality it does not worth 100+ Euros.

I mean: they pretty much had "Start Me Up" down in 1975. Imagine them playing it as a new song on the 1976 tour and then it ended up on Love You Live.

Well you get the 3D/Lenticular cover, a nice book and a picture disk, so why not ;-)
So I listened to the complete "reggae" SMU and I'd have to rank it as the worst frankensteined outtake so far ! The other tracks are unknown to the masses but this one...who's going to believe the lyrics were more or less like on the released track on a "work in progress" version ? They should have just put out the known "Never Stop" outtake, good enough and much more credible IMHO.

It looks like compared to the outtakes on Fully the bonus songs lost their punch and some raw and fantastic guitarsound (It's A Lie, Fast Talking).
On It's A Lie now there is an needless extra rhythm guitar part which annoyingly fills the gap, which is not a gap, between left and right.

The snippets don’t do the full length songs justice.
I thought they did a great job with the bonus tracks. Some will say that they don’t mesh with the original album, but I don’t think they’re supposed to. They’re a 2021 version of Tattoo You. It's a real funny community here - with "Lost & Found" imo the Stones just released their best album since, yes, the original "Tattoo You" and people complain about the dynamic range!
I'd even go so far to say that the material on "Lost & Found" puts lots of stuff on Emotional Rescue, Undercover and Dirty Work to shame.
