Shattered might be rap. And there is some proto-type rap feeling to Memo From Turner.

I should think that Too Much Blood is the most obvious -and shocking- example. At least, when it came out everybody I knew was shocked: are they really doing this!? In retrospect, it's just Mick rapping away some story.

The genre is hip-hop and ‘rap’ is vocal-style, of course. I don’t think the Stones have ever dabbled in the genre per-se, though Mick obviously had rapping in mind when arranging Anybody Seen My Baby. Not to great effect, in my opinion.

Rap? It's certainly true that Mick and Keith would be familiar with reggae DJs like U Roy who'd be considered rappers these days.

Sure they did ..... Cops and Robbers. Well, I think Mick's talking parts deserve to be called rap.
I still don't understand why they didn't put that song on Rolling Stones 2 (instead of Grown up Wrong)?

One might consider the bridge of “Miss You” as Mick dabbling in rap, perhaps.

One could argue how 'officially released' the Metamorphosis album is. And the fact that Memo is on it doesn't necessarily make it a Rolling Stones song, in my opinion. Apparently a lot of the songs don't feature the band, even.

It also lacks Keith and perhaps Charlie. To me the term 'officially released Stones version' doesn't quite convey the fact that Metamorphosis was not sanctioned by the band and was simply a cashgrab by the then-already ousted Allen Klein, of whom we all know the history of. I'm pretty sure if you'd confront Mick or Keith with a term like 'the version that you officially released in '75' would most certainly raise their eyebrows

(Btw: ABBA is clearly mentioned in the Credits of Madonna's 'Hung up' and Kraftwerk is clearly mentioned in the Credits of Coldplay's 'Talk', although they're just Samples.)
