Saw The Good,The Bad and The Queen last Summer in Berlin....A show i was not going to Miss .....It was something else....And i have seen many....Peace.M

Yes Mikey I agree. I saw them a few miles from where I live - they played in a local social club on the coast a year ago. Having seen Damon Albarn perform with Gorillaz in Japan, and Blur in Hyde Park... it was surreal to say the least.

Seeing Tony was even more surreal. Much love.

Yet more sad news. Saw Tony Allen many a time, though not recently. I would make a point of going to see him play when I could, which was sometimes in tiny local venues. He always came across as a quiet, modest and unassuming character with a generous smile. RIP.
