Great drums and bass in that clip. But the guitar players seems a little unskillful. If Hendrix and Clapton had joined in too, it might had been OK.

Let's not forget it's a two-way street. The Stones covered a Johnny Winter song. In 1969 at their famous Hyde Park Concert the Stones covered "I'm Yours and I'm Hers" by Johnny Winter.

I love that song. Such a shame he performed it only few times (around the same time the Stones did it), in june & july 1969; and that only two verses at the end of "Mean town blues" slide jam.

There are only three known live recordings, all audience sources, the best sound being from Toronto Pop Festival, 21 june 1969. Starts at 7:55 min:
