Not every single word should be analyzed, and held up at it's verbatim meaning IMO. In all song lyrics, and Ron Wood in '73,74 was probably free styling a lot. Often one sings lyrics, puts them down, and then assigns meaning afterwards.
To be honest, I always thought it was "Pass me up and stone me one more time". But 'stall' probably makes more sense.
I hear it more as 'pass me up, and freeze me, amaze me'. I mean, she is passing him, leaving him behind maybe.
