Lucinda Williams in Oakland.

Have hopes for (and her band-Buick 6) being the first show I see when the lockdown ends. Have tickets in hand for a 6 night residency they're playing in NYC
(late May- June). Doubtful perhaps on that, but also have tix to a festival they're headlining on Vancouver island mid-July.

I saw her open for Robert Plant in Austin two years ago. I don’t know how, but I’d never heard her before. She definitely made at least one new fan that night.

Those were great shows in Austin with Plant! Was my first visit to the city.
Mentioned before, but got to go backstage for meet n greets after the shows there, and Plant and I were wearing the same Lu shirt.
Chatted a bit, he's definitely a big fan. Great time there!

ChrisMahavishnu...Pleased I seen Elton again back in February and just in time before he postponed his Auckland shows

That was good luck! He puts on an awesome show, I'm sure as soon as its safe to do so he will be one of the first major acts to get back out on the road again.

CLOWNS in zurich, switzerland, one of the hottest australian bands. you gotta see them live, even if you're not so much into the heavier stuff. but i havent seen a band with that much energy for ages.

I never heard of this band before so I thought I would check out this video and this was one of the worst things I ever heard (or saw) in my life! At least their name is correct. I will listen to some John Prine now to cleanse my aural pallet.

I saw 38 Special for my first time in Huntington NY on Feb 13--thought that might be it, but then went to see Uncle Kracker in Leesburg VA on 2/28. Both enjoyable but I will miss my Stones--have 4 sets of Lucky Dips and 3 for ATL--f*cking COVID. Stay well, after all it's only rock and roll...

Van Morrison

As the government didn't want to see gathering of more than 1000 people.
Van played two shows at the same venue, one at 7:30pm ( first come first served) and a second one at 9:30 pm.
we went to the second as the first one was full (900 capacity).
Strange to see him in a half full/empty venue.

Hours before the lock down I heard a wonderful Liederabend of Franz Schubert's "Die schöne Müllerin" - the artists created a very special atmosphere, I drove home through the empty streets.

Ronnie Wood at Shepherds Bush Empire.A terrible experience due to the small venue being oversold and the nazi security personnel.

I would have loved to see Ronnie there, but health issues within my family blocked the option. I'm sorry it turned out badly for you, but now I am glad I missed it.
Mine was the Rolling Stones in Twickenham in June 2018. Couldn't go to the USA in 2019 for the same reason I mentioned. Hopeful for the future though.
