Lucinda Williams in Oakland.

Have hopes for (and her band-Buick 6) being the first show I see when the lockdown ends. Have tickets in hand for a 6 night residency they're playing in NYC
(late May- June). Doubtful perhaps on that, but also have tix to a festival they're headlining on Vancouver island mid-July.

Brothers 50 at MSG.
Great show!
Hopefully not the last time.

In the meantime here is a Tedeschi Trucks Band show from the Beacon last year.

Saw Hanoi in the 80s, at the ElMocambo. Mike Monroe had a broken leg, or foot, did the whole show on crutches. Played sax and danced around like a crazy man, with the crutches! His hair was so big it touched the ceiling. Fun times...

I saw Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues October 29.

A few days later Elton John November 1.

Nothing since then.

I knew the lockdown was coming so I was getting very interested in seeing a show close by and chose America and it ended up being one day too late March 14 so no show.

Death Angel/EXODUS/Testament in Paris.

1 member of each of all 3 bands has it, some of the crew too.

Drummer of DA has been on a respirator but seems to be pulling through. Crazy...

And their show a few days before in Italy was cancelled due to Corona... I wasn't even thinking about this crap when I was at the show (March 1st).

...oh wait, I forgot, I saw Batushka/Malevolent Creation the next night, totally forgot about that!

Wire, Union Stage, DC 3/9/20

Went with my wife who is wheelchair bound from brain cancer. We were set up toward the back of the room, when a female fellow audient with whom we had spoken earlier asked if we wanted to see the show from up front. She led the way and got people to move so that my wife was able to see the Wire set from against the stage dead center, in front of Colin Newman's mike stand. When the show was over, the guy next to us got the setlist and gave it to my wife. It was a beautiful moment in trying times.
