You can check the bus schedule at psta.com. Do you mean St Petersburg or St. Pete Beach? If you are coming from downtown St. Petersburg, you can also check out the Cross Bay Ferry. They dock near the arena (if only they were playing there!) so you would still need to Uber to the stadium. I’m not sure how late either service runs but I think those are the only options besides Uber/taxi.
