Hello, I have a question regarding picking up the LD tickets.

I did it last year and I don’t remember what they asked for at WillCall but if memory serves me right they need your CC and ID.

Since these tickets were purchased over 2 years my old credit card number is now replaced with a new one.

Will this be an issue at WillCall for
Pick up???

I used only my id for Chicago 1, DC and East Rutherford 2 lucky dips in '19.

Pick up info for St. Louis came in email from AEG 11:00 AM Eastern time. Pick up doesn't begin until 5:30 PM.

The irony of the lucky dip ticket is that for years you have a chance of being in the pit and that’s awesome, but now you have a chance of being in the pit squeezed up against a bunch of unvaccinated people! It’s a tough call!?

Just as an update:

I was able to text in to WillCall and they acknowledged I only need my ID to pick up the tickets for our Nashville and Austin.

Still trying to get rid of my
LD for Atlanta if anyone is interested ?

I am interested in the Atlanta tickets if they have not been sold yet

What number did you text to get that information?

I have Lucky Dips for Tampa. (two pairs actually.... ordered one under my name and one under my wife's name on a separate TM account, with a different credit card.)

And the crappy thing is, I no longer have the credit cards for the orders. And I no longer have access to those Ticketmaster accounts... the order confirmations.... or even access to those old email addresses.

All I have is our IDs, and the venue is a 4.5 hour drive.... It would be devastating to drive all that way, and they won't hand over the tickets, because I am missing my CCs and order confirmations.

So if you have a hotline I could contact, I would appreciate it.

Hi, we all know Ticketmaster is not taking phone calls or emails (as it seems , 2 weeks without a reply back…presumingly still lots of negativity about tickets in general over the last 1.5 years on refunds.)

I did the next best thing and phone the ticket venue (Nissan Stadium) and asked them the same thing , they said no problem just bring ID.

Hole that helps too.

Anyone want to reach how their LD experience was?

Got there around 7:45 and was given section 113 which were about 40 yard line close to the stage. I think they were the most desirable seats besides the pit.

Simple process, went to the lucky dip window that was sent in the email instructions and handed my credit card and ID. Then signed next to my name on the sheet and was all set.

Pulled section 140 row 7 with my STL dips.
I was not provided with the opportunity to select an envelope, it was just handed to me by the will call staff.
There was a line of 30+ waiting for will call to open at 5:30pm. I didn't see many pits drawn.
I did hear of early pit upgrades for those in GA.

2 sets of lucky dips for the 3 of us. 2 in 141 and 1 pit2.

The dip scene was a bit different from LA and PHX which I had in 2019. First of all everyone got wristbands with their tickets, even if you did not get Pit. I ended up in 140 as did most everyone in front of me.

The guy behind me said he got an email confirming he had Pit tix. I had never heard of that? He took his tix and didn’t open them so I don’t know if that was legit.

Also, there was no entrance near the dip line so no ushering anyone in with PIT—u just took your tickets and left to do whatever you wanted. Oddly, the pit was about 1/3 full at 720pm. I thought it might be that way due to Covid but by the time the Stones came on it was packed.

For St. Louis, I arrived at the will call window at 5:05 PM, was about the 4th in line. By 5:30 there was a good size line. Gave them my ID, signed by my name and was handed envelope with 2 Pit 2 tickets. I did tell the lady I had driven 5 hours for the show, don't think that mattered, but I believe all the tickets handed out before me were also Pit 2. As stated above, once you got your tickets and a Lucky Dip wristband you could enter or go on your way. I left and got dinner and came back. You also had to stop at the entrance to the floor seats to get a Pit 2 wristband.
