Something new just happened with my LDs and wondered if anyone else has had similar experience:
The original credit card I purchased with no longer exists so I contacted the stadium box office to see what I needed to do for them to release my tickets. They were able to look me up and (without me asking) confirmed that not only were my tickets valid, but they told me my Row and Seat numbers!
It seems LDs ARE preassigned after all? Or does this seem an anomaly?
p.s. they are not PIT, so that moment of anticipation is gone, but hey they were inexpensive !

This has come up in the past, but it turned out the seat/row numbers were just "place holders", a way for their system to hold and process them so to speak,
not the actual seats.
Maybe this instance is different, but I would be very surprised.

Please refresh my memory. I got LDs in 2013, but I've forgotten how I got them. Do you go directly through TicketMaster by phone, or do you do it online? This is for the new Los Angeles concert on October 14th. And how many LDs can you get at one time?
