Ask Ticketbasterd, but don’t think they will help you out. But I believe that it was from your start, that you came out in Detroit. This happened to me also. Probably you didn’t see that in your stress/happiness. I can understand it
My friend who had this same problem, Ticketmaster told him they would give him a refund for Detroit but would not transfer the tickets to Charlotte (which is what he wanted, before the glitch sent him to Detroit). He's pretty pissed. He also said they were only giving him until tonight to get the refund.

What can I do about the Detroit lucky dip tickets I got by mistake, I was trying for Atlanta lucky dips and click on Atlanta but after paying for them it turned out to be Detroit lucky dip. No way I can make it, will Ticketmaster help with this?

I just scored Lucky Dips to St. Louis for $87.50, both shows the queue took precisely 15 minutes, and had no issues with buying the tickets.

Been on the fence about attending Dallas - went through a test run....saw a pair at $73.66 and could not refuse....success.
If it turns out can't make it after all, will happily transfer both to someone else.
