"A limited number of tickets will be sold at $29.50 plus service charges. Lucky Dip ticket locations will be throughout the venue, including “Limited View Upper Level”, and “PIT”. Strict anti-scalper measures will ensure that the tickets go to Stones fans and not the resale market. Lucky Dip tickets are sold only in pairs, 2 ticket limit per person, with seat location revealed night-of-show. Pick-up tickets night of show only, in person, with picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used at purchase. Once you have the tickets in hand, you may be escorted into the venue. Any reselling or transfer of these tickets will void them with no refund. Please note Lucky Dip is not available in Buffalo"

Keep trying and don't give up. FACE PIT in Tampa just showed up after me seeing only Platinum for 30 minutes. Of course they post more later in the coming weeks but even in the first 45 minutes I am getting very different choices when I refresh.

50 minutes struggling rewarded. Now I got Cleveland PIT2.

Solved it, opened up the card for outta european purchases so now I'm in the pit. PHEW!

Compared to 2019 tickets I bought for football stadiums they are about 20% higher for same seat locations.

I can't belive it, I scored PIT1 for Tampa right after the map showed up !

When I clicked to the PIT1 section immediately popped up the face value ticket.
I had a fear that I will get " sorry, another buyer beat..." message, but no, my ticket blinked in the basket. I grabbed it and:

Scored 2 PIT2 Tampa tix for $497 each! Took a long time, and I had to keep going back. Had to take more rejection than I ever experienced in my love life (and I had a bit), but as always it was worth the pain!

One thing that did piss me off ... the first time I was offered two tickets for $497 and grabbed them, when I got to checkout, I had been slammed into $900+ Platinum prices, so I had to go back and keep trying. I have to wonder how many people would just click on the confirms and get stuck with $2,000+ tickets.

Problem isn't Amex, use them for a lot of presales and they have very decent seat offerings. The problem is TM in general and the RS-TM combo.

No way do I have this level of time, difficulty and frustration buying tickets for other bands. I average 6-8 concerts a year, about half big name bands.

I can't prove it but I think TM just likes to amp up the hysteria because it's the Stones and to the general public, not IORR savy fans, ready them for the $$$ fleecing at checkout.

No, price drops don't seem to be a part of the equation. There is face value and then platinum, which is always higher, and the various packages, also higher.

Don’t know, but other places have not that problem, only when you choose VIP tickets

Had no problem with other places too, but just for Minneapolis Pit ticket

I was able to complete the purchase just by squeezing my UK address into a US format (made up zip code, wyoming, included my own postal code in address details) - it doesn't seem to check it is the actual billing address for the card. I've now contacted TM to ask them to change it to Will Call, so it doesn't get lost in the mail.
