I may be in the minority here but I was 99% sure Chicago 1 last year was going to be my last Stones show. For me this tour is a BONUS. I'm not going to give the set list a single thought going into St. Louis. I'm just going to simply enjoy!

Amen!!!!!! That's what I was thinking as I sat there in Chicago, too. Very much looking forward to this upcoming Mpls. show.

Checking ticketmaster, I'm noticing on several of the shows a note in the top right corner regarding American Express presales. It states that there is a 2 ticket limit so I'm assuming this will be the rule for all of the shows?

WOW, that would be unfortunate. It always was an 8 ticket limit

I believe it says there' s a 2 order limit; not a 2 ticket limit for AMEX presales.

I wonder what 2 order limit is? Would each order have an 8 ticket limit?

Wish it was a two ticket limit each time you logged into the site, that way we all get a chance to purchase good seats without having to buy resale seats from people who buy whole blocks at a time.

I bet the "order" limit means you can only do a pre-sale for 2 shows. No more.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but rs.com says presales begin 10am "local time". May I assume this means local time for the venue of each show? Can't remember how it worked last year.

MLH-Yes, local time of venue.

Hallo, I'm a Stones fan from 1968. I saw them the first time in 1973, Belgium.
I saw them the last time in Utrecht. I don't won't them to see anymore.
I'm fed up with all that old songs.

Well said. Me too! I have heard the same songs again and again more times than I care to remember. I love the band, I love their music. ALL their music. Not just the 30 or so songs, from which around 20 are chosen to make up their concert performances now. There are fantastic numbers that would work wonderfully in concert if only the band were brave enough to play them again. And I'm not talking about deeply obscure numbers either. 19th Nervous Breakdown. Have You Seen Your Mother Baby? Ruby Tuesday. Dandelion. Shes A Rainbow. Waiting On A Friend. And they have played some of these over the years. Not just anytime recently.

Mind you, whenever the band play anything from outside the core list of numbers now, the exodus to the bar begins, together with the slow hand-claps, occasional booing, and a dozen loud-mouths yelling for Satisfaction, Start Me Up or Brown Sugar. And this is stuff I have experienced personally at several different concerts. It is not heresay evidence from anyone else.

BS, I have NEVER heard anyone boo the band in my 58 shows over 44 years no matter if they don't particularly like a few of the songs.

No doubt.. perhaps not for Austin though imo, but hope so.
Anyone recall if they had them for Indy when they played there for Zip Code?

They go on sale on the regular sale date (14th) not pre-sales winking smiley

What do people think the rollingstones.com presales will be like? You need to register for each show. It will probably be generic passwords like "midnight" right? Or unique to each email?

Same as last year. One generic password for all shows I would think.

48 years since I first saw some 72 shows

In NYC AND Washington D.C. With Taylor.
And 45 years since my first Ron Wood era Stones
I'm 1975.
Pretty remarkable. That 72 show particularly ,
Pretty much set a still unequaled bar,
As is commonly appreciated by a lot of fans.

I've never seen them without Bill personally, tho I like Darryl
and think Bill earned that retirement in every genius manner.

SW was my last live show, I'm almost 69.
So
Was the right age to spend a LOT of time with
Each album from the first one, as they developed.

I'm not too comfy in stadium seating but thinking maybe Dam Diego.
It's not a long drive.
Glad the old tigers are still making history.
Some really fun No Filter stops on the first leg.

I guess cynics can say they're just cashing out in the biggest market
And country but I'm fine with that , tho UK DESERVES some native son action.

I have to say the obvious , well for some of us,
In that Arenas were much more exciting musically, tho
I enjoy the spectacular stadium shows.

I'm delighted you have not heard any booing. I wish I could say the same. Maybe you get better seats. Or maybe I have just been unfortunate. But remember I did say 'occasional booing' - not widespread and not at every gig. Unfortunately just a few drunk 'pretend-fans' can make a bit of noise. On average at maybe 20% of gigs. Sadly the shouting for warhorses and exodus to the bar are far more frequent. I pretty well experience those at most gigs. I get no pleasure from saying this. As a lifelong fan of the band it makes me sad. What should be totally joyful occasions become just a little unpleasant.

I cannot compete with your amazing attendance record - 58 gigs over 44 years is wonderful. My compliments. I can only muster 43 (I think) over 55 years, seeing them firstly in the UK in 1965, then again last year for probably the final time. If you attend any gigs this time around, enjoy them to the full my friend!
