Just curious, Dandy, what are the other two, iyo?

I'm thinking recordings, where everything just clicks sonically.

I'd say Honky Tonk Women, Tumbling Dice and perhaps Gimme Shelter are songs in that category.

She's So Cold is a brilliant recording.
It really is...what an amazing sound.

I'd put Satisfaction and JJF on the list of perfect Stones recordings as well.

Great sound and amazing performance by a song that if played by anyone else would probably just sound average.
