Hi guys!, do you know any web, blog or magazine that collects concerts that are going to be held in New York and all that area during this month of January and successive months? Come for days, rooms, etc. Many thanks!

Here is a list that a friend started a few years ago as a weekly email called
"Shows of the Week".
He created an online version and an app as well.

[tappedin.live]

Click on the show listed and it will take you to the venue links and ticket links.

Songkick is ok, if you like your choices to be picked by computer algorithms.
Check out the Tapped in link I sent.
Hand-picked choices by a real human NYC music fan.

huh? I track locations and/or bands. Only "suggestions" are the shows for those artists in those cities. It is not complete because smaller venues and/or artists don't include shows until others add them in. Bands in Town app picks recommendations based on algorithms which I also use a bit.

I don't need a "real human" with different tastes giving me recommendations when I can choose myself. I just checked the dates I am in NY and the Allman Brothers 50th Anniversary Show isn't listed, neither is the Love Rocks Benefit or They Might Be Giants. Only Nathaniel Rateliff is listed.

Pollstar.com

I have used it for years for checking concerts in many cities to plan travel. A great web site.

Sorry didnt mean to offend your delicate music tastes. LOL!
Tapped-in is updated each week, so you may not see all future shows listed right away.
FWIW - I trust his picks. They may not be the most popular choices, but I have discovered lots of great new bands, that I would have never have seen, thru his reccomendations. I just posted it as another option when looking for music in NYC.

No offense taken but the statement that it is computer generated is completely wrong and as the basis of choosing I would personally choose a computer algorithm (Bands in Town app) than a human who has different musical tastes than me. Also, if one is trying to plan something in advance (coming from out of town or needing to buy tickets to a high demand show), a site that has nothing until the last minute is of marginal benefit IMHO.

That said, it is another source to check when looking around.

Pollstar is also very useful, particularly for tour announcements. So is Jambase in that regard.
