Please do NOT start new threads with click bait headers

So far this week there have been at least three new threads with non-informative click bait headlines here on IORR. They are typically like these examples:

I was surprised...
My meeting with...
So great song ...

Such headlines for a new thread do not make any sense. If I am in a bad mode then I might close or delete them. Usually I am in a good mood so I spend time changing the headline, to make IORR easier to read. But... I do have better things to do than correcting misleading subject lines!

I know tabloid sites online do a lot of "click here to see nude girls" sort of clickbait headlines, but they are really not adding any quality. Also, I am totally against meaningless subjects, so please do not waste my time posting headlines of new threads which does not really tell - in short - what the thread is about.

PS. I am sure I said the very same just a few months ago!

When I was a kid I went thru the
Spook House at the local fair …

Made it ta the EXIT door and
there was a sign lit up on the
wall saying … Press Here To See Naked Girls

Hit the button but all I copped
was a minor electric tingle.... Since that
day I've never pressed another button in my life ….
