You must feel that way about a lot of the early recordings then!

I want the tambourine on LSTNT as they use it in latter half in 1998 on ALL live versions from now on! In St Louis in 97 they even used it to great effect on Wanna Hold Ya... Mmmm sounds great!

Can’t beat a good tambourine just don’t put it in the hands of the rhythmically challenged.

Which version? From memory one is worse than the other -- two different tambourine players?

Don’t worry it’s nothing sinister. Just an expression meaning someone/something has messed up big time.
The tambourine I referred to is so out of time it’s like Chinese water torture waiting to hear how far off the beat the next hit will be. Now I can’t hear anything else on the track.

They used the tambourine a lot on those early records, and they are ALL out of time! Must be some kind of studio recording delay, as I cannot imagine they would deliberately record it like that.

Please do not write incomplete "click bait" subjects. I added "- Time is on my side" here in order to make the subject meaningful, but really, really, that is not MY job, but the job of the person posting. It would be easier for me to delete incomplete "click bait" postings. Do me a favour. Make things according to the policy. I don't really want to spend time on repairing incomplete posts. Thank you.
