An early birthday present for myself, sweet.

I ordered my copy on March 3rd and had not heard from them since I got my order confirmation email. I emailed them yesterday asking for an update and woke up this morning to find an email confirming the book has shipped, along with a tracking number. Looking forward to digging into it!

Still no answer from Premiere Collectibles, but I did receive a mail from my PayPal account to inform me that the book was shipped and will arrive in "2-3 weeks". Yet the link to track the shipment doesn't work.

I hope that once it does work I will be able to change the address

What was wrong with it ? Apart from the price I suppose (400€ ?). Or are you referring to the "damaged version" that was sold at a signficant discount (250€ ?)...without any reference to the condition ?

For 76$ shipped the "signed plate" book isn't going to be a big loss anyway ;-)

Which book was that? Do you mean his Scrapbook?

Ordered February 10, asked about the status last monday, got an answer on tuesday, received the book today in Germany per FedEx from Memphis.

Beautyful book, very well done and great photography with signature from the photographer very much appreciated
Great great value for that price.

Does the book cover all the way to later period Stones?

Are there many candid/off-stage shots?

I really enjoyed Jo Wood's Stoned book. The photographs were mostly amateur quality but the images provided great insight.

Got my copy yesterday, arrived in perfect condition!
Sitting down with it now.. some great shots.

Got mine today and it looks very nice, autograph and everything! looking forward to getting into it tonite! Well worth the sixty bucks!

Just ordered it two minutes ago!! It asked if I wanted a faster form of shipping of which there were several options, some in the $20/30 range. Since it seems to have taken weeks for most of you to get yours between when you ordered and when you received it, and I wasn't going to get it in two or three days anyway, so I just did the basic media mail shipping of $4.95.

Can't wait to get it!!!

Update: I just ordered today because I got my stimulus direct deposit today.

It only took awhile because they had to get Bill to autograph the tip-ins, which they said would take a few weeks, and it pretty much did. I think now they will be selling in-store copies so you will probably be surprised how quickly it shows up.

Only good news is that it seems that the lock down measures will be less tight starting from the end of the month, so I may be able to receive it at my address as initially indicated ...

Does Bill have a book where he details the 70's, specifically the Exile period?

I finally caved and bought one too. Just ordered today.

The few photos I've seen look great.

Also, for added fun, today is the anniversary of the UK release of their debut album!

UPDATE: Mine was shipped the NEXT DAY! It must be (as someone pointed out) that the delays were related to waiting for signed book plates to be finished and now the books are just sitting and waiting to go out.

I ordered mine on the 16th and got it yesterday after only six days!! Great fotos and captions, not heavy on text, which is fine.

Two things though:

there were a couple of slight scratches on the front cover. Not bad, but noticeable and they bother me. Maybe I'll exchange it for another better copy.

Bill's signature looks as if it is just printed, not an actual signature. I'm sure that it is, though.

If his signature were merely printed, it would be more legible.

I am pretty well impressed with this book. The book itself is high quality, nice binding and great printing and I am equally impressed with the images within. Some photographers make their name through composition of the image, others are lucky to have subjects that are interesting in and of themselves. This book shows feet in both categories; of course his photos are great to us, we love the subject, but also as standalone pieces, most are very well composed considering the on-the-fly nature of the situations and subjects.

Would recommend this book to anyone interested in behind the scenes shots of the Stones from the beginning up to when they dissolved...oops, I mean when Bill Wyman walked away.
