Yeah.. my wife picked up my daughter a couple stones items there recently.

I ordered the New Orleans poster just after the New Orleans show(they were not
selling any at the show because of the date change). Two weeks ago they sent me
a email stating the poster is out of stock and refunded my money. Crazy!

All these stories of so many bad experiences with the Stones store... I must've bought from them maybe 5 times in the last 13 or 14 years and have never had a single bad experience.

One question-- they usually have a post Christmas sale, don't they? When do they announce it and when does it run? And about what percent is the discount or does it vary by item?

Is Anyone Having Problems with Shipping from Rollingstones.com Store -- Keep Getting Shipping not available for the selected address

I am trying to order a few items from their store before the last day of the sale which is tomorrow, but it keeps rejecting my shipping address with this message: Shipping not available for the selected address. No matter what -- I tried my P.O. box, the street address for my employer, and a friend's address in a nearby town.

I have emailed them and am waiting for a response. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Update: I have tried Chrome and Firefox both.

The problem with not having things shipped from their bunk store is that people order their garbage from their bunk store.

Timbermardis--i had the exact same issue. It turns out if you are ordering something that is sold out, you get the response that it can't ship to your address but it doesn't tell you why, i.e. that the item is sold out. It drove me nuts for a while until I figured out what was going on. If you remove one item at a time you can figure out which item is causing the problem and order the rest. Good luck!

Thanks keefmick, it worked!!!! I got the main thing I wanted and the problem was the pair of socks with the falling classic tongues is apparently sold out. Wonder why they say Sold Out for other items but not for the socks.

Your advice was golden and did the trick. I can't thank you enough. Maybe somewhere on tour I can buy you a beer!!
