Semi OT - slide show program for all of those Stones pics

Because of the miracle of the Internet I have thousands of pics of the boys spanning their entire career. I always thought that it would be fun to have a slide show program that puts up random pics on my big-screen TV and have them float by in a nice mellow and pleasing way.

I was wondering if anybody has some suggestions. Windows 10 of course. I also have Kodi on my HTPC so perhaps there is a good add-on for that? Or even a nice lite stand-alone program.
