Brief Cartoon Video on Screen in Charlottesville?

I keep forgetting to ask about this, but during the show in Charlotteville for about 10 seconds there was a cartoon-like video of a giant woman in a kind of tight black vinyl dominatrix/Catwoman outfit with stiletto heels crawling around the streets of a miniature city. Everyone around us looked at each other like, "Whaa?" Then it was taken off.
I thought it was the new video to the new single.
Anyone have the inside scoop on this?
