Terrible news.
The second Cardinal to pass away far too prematurely.
For a brief time, 2006-2009, Ryan Adams & The Cardinals they were the tightest & most exhilarating band gigging.

so sad...
such a nice guy. saw him with the cardinals in munich 2007, one of the greatest shows i ve ever seen. at that time this band walked through the stars..we had a laugh after the show, talkin bout primadonna ryan outside of the venue, he was so full of respect for that guy.unforgettable...a silver surfer

Can't believe I'd never paid attention to such a talented guy. His first solo album "Fade Away Diamond Time" is absolutely wonderful, the songs, the voice, the production,eEveryone should give it a listen, here's one of the tracks : "Maybe California"

Crushed by this, had the chance to meet Neal as he would always chat with fans before and after the show. His passion was the Rolling Stones. Look up on youtube some of his covers of Stones songs. Got a chance to talk him about how Keith influenced him to play guitar.
