Twenty five song setlist - it would be the right thing to do in this situation! thumbs up

And a couple of Juanes covers to make it an even 30.

I have a question for anyone local.

I can change a flight to get there no problem.

But getting home all flights out of Fort Lauderdale of sold out.

I can get a flight out of Fort Myers.

My question is will it be a night mare getting there?

Will everyone on the east coast be headed that way?

Where are you staying or do you plan to leave right after show? I live near Sarasota and will be driving back early Saturday.

I am staying in Ft Lauderdale and plan to leave early saturday

I saw it here and checked twitter. I also checked Ticketmaster and it is changed on their site.

We fly tomorrow from Texas, early in the day. We booked the last flight home on Saturday evening. All else is booked.

It will be a great show and I can't wait.

Safe travels everyone.

Jump--heading to the west coast of Florida won't be so bad, traffic wise. I wouldn't worry.

Thank you

Just listed my Beck - West Palm tickets on StubHub (it's just my luck... he hasn't played South Florida since 2003... and now I'm forced to choose between him or the Stones... I like Beck, but Stones is a no-brainer.)

I may have one extra lucky dip for tomorrow. Not positive yet.

^^ rlj, you should watch the status of the Beck concert. From what I hear, West Palm and places north are already going bat shit crazy.

If anyone have success with your flying reservations to change earlier just let us know, just for good vibes

I hear you, but Beck is tomorrow, same night as the Stones... even though things are getting a little crazy, the storm is far enough out that his show should still happen. We shall see. (I hope its cancelled, just so i can get a full refund... Better than trying to sell at a loss!)

This could be the first empty house Beck has played to in a long time...I bet he'll feel like a 'loser'.

Fort Myer is about a 2.5 hour drive thru the Everglades. It's a breeze on I-75. Traffic may be bad if they have mandatory evacuations. Its a great drive. Make sure you get gas there are very few stops between Miami and the west coast.

So happy for you guys and also happy for Keith who had a bad night last show because he wasn't well. That would have been a disappointing end for me personally.
I just can't believe the Stones can bring a show forward just like that at a days notice and everyone still turns up show time. Proves how special and resourceful Stones fans are to change travel plans and hotels just like that, i am in awe X

Looks like I am officially out. Looked at flights from Fort Myers and by the time I got back to reserve the flight they went from $188 to over $1000

I would demand they eat the costs they should accommodate you especially due to the extreme weather conditions.
Your flight out of the east coast may be cancelled by the airline anyway.

I think that's called gouging, what airlines do all the time if they can take advantage of a situation. That said, there's roundtrip flights tomorrow to MIA from Boston and back on Saturday for under $500.

Yeah, I almost went back in on it, but with virtually no flights back out Saturday, it’s a no go.

This show should be epic! No opening act, love it. First number, JJF, duh.
Hope to see some of you here online, tomorrow.

Are people thinking that we'll be able to fly out on Sunday morning?

We were originally flying out of Miami at 9am back home to Philly. Decided not to take any chances. Luckily American changed our return flight to Saturday. A short layover in Tampa but worth it in the end. (Not sure how we pulled that off)

No one knows this. The airlines may not be able to get flights in which means planes are not there to get out.

Most airlines move all their extra planes out of airports in case things get bad.

Also, there is going to be a huge demand to get out of the Miami area if the store is predicted to come even close.

It's ok, I totally get it. I have some pretty decent connections but try not put too much out there so as not to get folks in trouble.

Ok...one more question for a local. I am now flying in with my original flight. But renting a car one way and driving back home. I have 3 days to drive 20 hours!

So is this a bad idea? Can I get the hell out of Florida Saturday if heading north?

Perhaps a better way to phrase it is - are those who have Sunday morning flights rescheduling/canceling or are they still going?
