That's a toughie lol. I'd have to go with "When The Whip Comes Down." That song has never disappointed when it's been played live and I feel like it hasn't been played enough since '82.

Ok, it may not be the most "criminally" underplayed song. I guess if I was doing it by that standard I'd say "Stray Cat Blues." That 2003 version from Paris is AMAZING.
