Take your choice............
or.............
The purple label appears to be of a later date (if official). Could be an "almost perfect bootleg". Same "flipside" song?

It looks like we're dealing with a similar problem as was the case with the Stones logo in 1970/1971 (a USA version against John Pasche's original). Communication across the Atlantic was still primitive and time consuming, allowing for local "interpretations" at record producing companies (under time pressure). So it looks like HTW fell "victim" to it. The single with "Sympathy" as flip must be a later version, even when it says 1969 (and 1968), but the others appear to be genuin.
But nobody cares these days, because even setlists have both titles
Main thing .... it (still) is a great song. Long live the HT Women

But isn't Honky Tonk Woman the right one? At least that is what I hear Jagger singing. Remember women is pronounced wimmen in the word of English.
I don't hear him singing wimmen. But maybe he does?
No it's "It's the Honky tonk women", hence Honky Tonk Women

Keith called it “Honkey Tonk Woman” in an interview once so you’re in good company!

It would be simply amazing if the title of the first new Stones single is "What's Wrong With Me"?

What I mean is what Jagger actually says. I listened to the original recording: There he says "It's a honky tonk women". Which of course is grammatically wrong. But all the same.
Live he sings "it's a honky tonk woman". I do not hear him singing "it's the honky tonk women". But maybe he does? Here is the original recording (in stereo!):

Nothing wrong with you at all, Ian. If anything, you did not post in the "New Stones album for 2019?" for quite a while now. You are dearly missed there. When even you lost faith, I feel that things aren't looking too good for the album!

It's the simple things in life.
You're concerned about Honky Tonk Women/Woman?
There are people that say Jumping Jack Flash instead of the correct name.
Tumblin' Dice instead of the correct name.
So... whatever.

Okay, straight to the big one then: What's the deal with "I can't get no satisfaction"?

American slang. It's taken from the Chuck Berry-tune 30 Days ("I can't get no satisfaction from the judge").
