if the usa gets another tour. i would expect them to play Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, it holds around 106,000 and could easily be the biggest show next tour. remember that some college stadiums are much larger then pro football ones. fingers crossed for more shows next year....

Too many repeats from ZipCode. They will mix it up with baseball/ college stadiums also to go back into similar markets.

Not a chance that is the tour. They will not have Buffalo as the only show in the northeast. Skipping everywhere west of the Mississippi except Dallas, LA and Vegas unlikely and too many of the Midwest cities are too close together. Not enough money to sell all those tickets in such a small geographic area.

The only shows in the Northeast on the ZIP Code Tour was Buffalo and Quebec.

I love these wishlists! I wish they played Barnet playing fields so I could walk there. It's down to the promoters anyway - the band don't choose. They accept or decline. The fee for the Circo Massimo gig in Rome was apparently just €8,000 that's maybe £10,000 and maybe $12,000
The promoter must have fallen off his chair when that price came through. He can pay the band their €4,000,000 and still make money when 80,000 people pay the ticket price!
I'm sure it's a competitive market but when those deals come along the local promoter goes for it. I believe a similar story for Hamburg 2017

So the promotor in Rome made 100% out of which to pay all other expenses and in Hamburg made 200%
Edit - should just say my 4.000.000 figure for the band is just speculation but I do remember it was a million to get them onstage in the late 90's so lord only knows what it is now
Recent exceptions were Havana (obviously) and I remember Glastonbury was a much lower figure as they really wanted to do it

As much as I'd like to see them coming to Montréal, I wish they would avoid the big ''O'', as the sound there is a complete mess.

I know what you are saying. The Rogers Center in Toronto is just as bad.

Has there ever been a concert at the Rogers Center (SkyDome) where the roof was open? I would think that would help somewhat with the bad echo.
U2 July/2011. It does not get opened for concerts too often.

The only time I saw a show at Rogers Centre was the Bigger Bang Tour in 2005 and I was on stage, so hard for me to have a good idea of the sound quality there.
