Ok thanks, LA stadium must be farther along than it appeared. Then two Stones concerts could work there at the end of July/beginning of August; assuming LA is complete in time for the Swift concerts. Then finish the Stones tour by opening the new Allegiant stadium in Vegas. Three high priced sellouts.

That might explain the lack of rumors lately.

I'm wondering if The Stones will go with the album release, then a tour of North America next Fall 2020? 1989, 1994, 1997, 2002, and 2005 all unfolded like this...

The timing could allow for Motley, The Crowes et al, to finish their road work before the heavy hitters come in!

It'll be worth the wait, no matter when it comes...

I think new LP could be done by April or Mar if they push it. So a tour mid or late June to end Aug or early July to early Sept

Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison also playing new LA stadium (to be announced tomorrow) so there are now 4 concerts there so hopefully they will finish it.

They're touring together, I believe.

Kenny Chesney (country artist) is playing there in early August - was announced a while back.

2. la stadium already has opener Taylor Swift
3. la had the rose bowl show in 2019
4. vegas casinos would like to draw the california crowd

Saturday August 1st
Saturday August 8th
Saturday August 15th
Saturday August 22

stadium is already booked for August 29 with college football game.

No new rumors in some time.. Hopefully the band is still cooking up a summer tour!

Arrghh... come on Spring/Summer 2020!!!

Just a matter of time before some sort of new rumour/inside info. rejuvenates these threads, and have a feeling this tour thread will be jumping soon!
The new album thread has been in a stalemate for quite some time now (three years), and not sure if anything can boost it other than an official announcement.

Or: just a matter of time before some web-magazine use these 2 threads as a source for a forthcoming Rolling Stones tour and album, as there's plenty of rumours, speculations and insider-info here. Then the even bigger magazines will pick up on it, and the ball will get rolling for RS to get the idea: The Album That Never Was followed by The Tour That Never Happened
They could sell a deluxe box - but with nothing inside! And do a tour, that kept the audience waiting all night - huge financial success
Since it's obviously the waiting that keeps "us" excited, and not the letdown when something does happen....it might be best solution for everybody after all

So I'd guess the LA and Vegas stadium concert dates should not be scheduled earlier than mid-August; and they will not have full confidence when both stadiums will be complete for a few more months.

Taylor Shit will also headline HydePark BST and Roskilde Festival.

Those stadiums have to be completed on time by Aug 1st. The NFL pre season starts first week August. Both teams could have the first 2 preseason games away giving them a another week. They will get completed on time.

Louisville! Would be able to get dirt cheap tickets on the day of the show there.

Great news about Louisville! I will do that one if no other closer cities end up on the list. Ideal for me would be the no weather worries new dome in Atlanta.

Now waiting for BV to make up a The Rolling Stones No Filter Tour USA 2020 page and start adding rumoured dates.
