It’s the losing team that usually has the hangover recent history, 2018 Rams missed playoffs 2019 , 2016 Falcons finished 3rd in their division 2017.
2015 Panthers 15 and 1 Récord , 2016 6 and 10 no playoffs. 2014 Seahawks 2015 6th seed in playoffs.

That's what made the Buffalo run so amazing. They LOST 4 Super Bowls in a row if my memory serves me.

Losing four in a row is even worse when you live there. I believe the Giants beat the 49ers to advance in the first Super Bowl loss for the Bills.

Who says the 49ers have no chance? Sometimes defense wins championships.

decent game. now for the long, dark night until next season haha. XFL starts next week, maybe that will ease the pain. been fun here again this year. we talked some good trash & for the most part kept it in the fun zone without attacking anyone. hopefully we'll all be back next year. until we meet again....

49er's made too many mistakes. Got out coached too. Biggest mistake that led to a KC touchdown back in the first quarter when SF declined the penalty that would have made it second and twelve at around the KC 40 and instead stupidly gave them a third and 2 at around the 50. KC made an easy first down and eventually scored.

Late in the 4th decided to run out the kickoff that was stopped at the 15 instead of letting the ball bounce through the endzone and get the ball at the 25.

49ers didn't win it all, but not bad for a team that was an underdog to Cincy week 2.

Played well but couldn't finish.

I caught the last 5 seconds on my phone!

As hoped for, KC won!

At least Fox played a snip of "Bertha" during the intros of SF.

Congrats to the Chiefs and especially coach Reid. Mahomes came through when needed. I wonder how the Bears management feel passing on him to take Trubisky?

I always thought he was great. Back in his Eagles days, I recall that it seemed most every year, after a shaky Eagles start to each season, that Eagles fans would be calling for his head, but then they would always turn it around and end up in the playoffs (including a Super Bowl, which he may have been cheated out of winning).

i was just teasing. i'm not a dead fan at all. long & ugly story. the fredhead comes from a drunken rant by robert pollard of guided by voices. he was talking about his son moving to portland & having to put up with the hateful fred, haha. i'm sure there will be some good battles between SF & SEA next year!
