“Melody” has never been played in the US, but it was played at one (or both) of the El Mocambo shows in Toronto in 1977. So it has been live in North America.

Since 1989 it's only played in London 1999

how about songs that are not very rare songs or one-offs? Are there any songs that haven been performed more than 10 times within a period of ten years but only in Europe or only in the US?

But not since 1989 and that is the question of this topic.

The key here is "since 1989".

In addition to those already noted, there have been several "one-offs" on various tours like B2B and ABB, as well as the stuff from the 2012-on tours.

US only:

Bob Wills is Still King
Learning the Game
It Won't Take Long
Six Days on the Road
Get Up Stand Up
19th Nervous Breakdown
Mr. Pitiful
Around & Around
Who Do You Love?
Under the Boardwalk
(You Gotta Walk and) Don't Look Back
Mercy, Mercy

Europe only:

Spider & the Fly

If you're wanting to include incomplete, one-line snippets of songs to this list, you can also add "All My Exes Live In Texas" and "Hang On Sloopy" to the US side.

the only song that was performed more or less regular but only in Europe and never in the US is: Dancing with Mr D (only in Europe in 1973 and 2017 – perforned 35 times)

Most of the other songs mentioned about were rareties, one-offs or were performed at club shows onlys (in some cases two songs on the list(s) above come from the very same show – Melody and Moon Is Up = Shepard's Bush 1999…)

I wouldn't count these little snippets as performed songs...

Love Train, originally by the OJs was played in Boston in 2002. I know because I was there! Any performances in Europe the following year? Not at any of my 3 shows! (Berlin, Hamburg and Glasgow 1).
