The architect of rock’n’roll Chuck Berry is the subject of a new documentary, titled Chuck Berry, which will be premiering at the Nashville Film Festival on 4 October.

the film chronicles Berry’s remarkable life and includes interviews with other rock legends he inspired including George Thorogood, Nile Rodgers, Steven Van Zandt, Gene Simmons, Alice Cooper, Paul McCartney, Ronnie Wood and more.

Is it me, but it does seem strange that if this film gets a full release....then why shouldn't Bill's documentary?
(Bearing in mind, Chuck Berry was convicted and served time in prison).

Can't listen to a Chuck Berry song without tapping my feet. The only one that has that affect on me.

I have seen it on ARTE (european TV station) a few months ago. It's a very good documentary, and Chuck's live performances were just gorgeous !
