I'm sure this has been covered before but any simple tricks for photos of the band on a phone when you're up close?

90% of my attempts the guys bleed into bright white when I aim the phone their way.

Using an iPhone 8

That's a thing with phones if you shoot automatic. I don't have an iPhone but I know there is an option to shoot on manual. And this way the photos will be good.

Turn your phone horizontal Also to block the view of the people behind you.

Also, No selfies, folks love to be in pics and will jump in camera view

Thx, but that's a lotta reading.. Just want to know why mine go blindingly white every time and others don't.. Actually that's not entirely true, the photo I accidentally took of my shoes in the men's room came out perfect
