Anyone else heard any info on Sth America 2020 then Asia Australia? Stonesdoug posted he had seen a text during the Chicago show that the Stones are already booking production staff for Sth America 2020
Rumour is Sth America, Asia, Australia and then that’s it, all over

the end of the No Filter Tour, or, really, the actual end of live performances? If the Stones have pinpointed the end, then I think it innapropriate to not have one final show in London. They shouldn’t end it anywhere else.

If they finally call it the End, it will end in London. No Where else.
Before they end it, they will do a gig at the Ziggodome, amsterdam. i have told you, before.

If the Stones are making the decision to end it, it would surprise us all if they didn’t chose to end live performances in the UK

He only talks about South America, not Asia and Australia.

2 reasons. 1. They were (allegedly) snubbed to re - open The new Wembley Stadium.
2. The sound is awful

It seems hard to believe they wouldn't try to make it to their 60th anniversary at this point. I know 3 years is a long time at their ages, but it would be a monumental feat if they could put together a small tour for 2022.

South America AND Asia AND Australia sounds too much for one year.

Maybe Sth America in 2020 and Asia and Australia in 2021 and than to end it all in 2022 England and maybe Europe?

They haven't visited these countries during their No Filter tour, so it makes sense that they do these next. Then No Filter will have been actually a world tour.

Then in 2022 the new album comes out, their 60th anniversary and a new world tour will begin that will start in Europe again, then USA, then South America, Asia and Australia hot smiley

Some months ago I've heard some rumours about a possible Asia (or Far East) tour and then a South America tour. Based on your post, it seems these rumours are getting stronger now.

I can't imagine them playing in Tokyo during or near the 2020 Olympics.

Really hoping for Australia early 2020 like Jan or Feb, I will be going there this November so I would just stay longer.

Joyce Smyth is on the Committee for the Royal albert Hall's 150th anniversary year shows, in 2021, so that's when and where it will likely end.

Satisfied since 1976

The Olympics are only on for just over two weeks so this is highly unlikely to affect any plans for concerts. They did play in Rio 3 years ago in the same year as the Olympics.

Mick Jagger expressed interest in returning to South Africa in a recent interview. In the past decade numerous artists have played stadium shows in both Cape Town and Johannesburg so that's a distinct possibility. The last (and only) time they played in South Africa was 25 years ago on the Voodoo Lounge tour. I think they would also like to play again in India, China and U.A.E. and possibly for the first time in Thailand, Indonesia or Malaysia.

According to Ronnie's new Inteview:
(The Sun, June 23 2019) [www.thesun.co.uk]

“We are at our peak health-wise when we’re playing together. Charlie, visibly perks up when we start playing together, he physically looks and feels better, we all do.

“It’s like a medicine. We don’t like to stop working. All being well, there’ll be a new album and a new tour.

“It will be great — but let’s get this one over with first.”
