The Rolling Stones Rock And Roll Circus - film commentary tracks

I have the 2004 DVD of R 'n' Roll Circus. Does anybody know how to extract the commentary tracks to an audio file? It appears that they're embedded somewhere in the .vob files.

After ripping the DVD use the eac3to-Tool to extract the appropriate Audio-Track: [www.VideoHelp.com] . Description: [en.Wikibooks.org] .
