I'm holding my vote (for Miss Amanda Jones) back, out of respect for the 'No Politics" rules of this board.

I didn't vote.

Too much BS with the vote.

It will most likely be Out Of Control, based on what Mick has said recently. The vote is just their "excuse" to "play what they want".

Aside from YGMR and Respectable, it certainly could've been much worse.

I went with Whip......

If anyone needs A nudge toward Whip , just YouTube Texas 78 version OMG!!! Even a version half as good as that would be awesome.

Me too. Give them your name and date of birth to enter a rigged vote? No thanks.

I'm happy to have the Rolling Stones playing at all. At this point play what makes the majority happy!

Factory Girl is good every time they play it! My last comment on the song vote (I promise) people complain they wan't less War Horses...then are excited when 3 semi war horses and Respectable apear in the song vote. OOC has become borderline war horse since '15, YGMR isnprobably the only post '89 song that you could consider a war horse. Whip is fine but also one they played quite a bit in small venues and on the B stage. I'm going to leave Soldier with a giant smile on my face regardless of what is played. But with the last few days reports of all the deep cuts, I found this song vote very dissapoimtimg. I even suffered my first moderator deleted post today! Hey, I was just being honest! Till Friday my Stones Blood Brothers!

I agree. why are singles even on the fan vote unless its a single that hasn't been played a ton the last 10 years or so. OOC and YGMR are singles. there are a lot of 60's singles that haven't been played in 20+ years

Sigh.....we already know the "winner".

I won't be that sure – my guess is that all of those four songs have a realistic chance to win. I don't think any of these songs will get a 40+% share of the popular vote (note: popular vote in contrast to the core band voters, i.e. Mick, Keith, Charlie (no, Ronnie doesn't have a say))

Slewan-I was basing mu opinion on rehearsals. OOC was rehearsed in London and both Soldier Field Dress rehearsals. None of the other three have been rehearsed once. Now that doesn't mean they couldn't do Whip, Respect, Rockin' today in soundcheck. Were a day away. At this point I'm past song votes and setlists. I'm ready to hear Matt yell LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.....

What no heart related songs in reference to Mick's little valve issue?

Like....

Heart of Stone
Heartbreaker
Start Me Up
Fade to Black

I hope for Whip and would love to find someone who would take odds on it being Out of Control (which is fine, love that song).
