Lots - too many to remember, but I remember one occasion:
At MGM Arena, Las Vegas in 2005, the floor row in front of me had Pamela Anderson and David Spade (together), plus the Maloof brothers (owned the Palms casino/hotel and NBA Sacramento Kings at that time), and the actor who played the gardener on Desperate Housewives (don't know his name, but he was a hunk and very popular with women then), among several other notables.

I got a ticket late for the opener in L.A. in 2013 at the Staples Center and somehow landed in the section closest to the stage off the floor that was full of celebrities and Jagger family members. Karis and family were there, I was in the bathroom the same time as her. L’Wren Scott was 2 rows in front of me. Before they came on, everyone was standing and looking towards the floor. It was Jack Nicholson making his entrance and sitting 7 rows in front of me. Eddie Murphy walked past me when he left as I was on the aisle. I had someone ask me my seat number, it was Melanie Griffith. I told her and then she told her group they needed to go up and around.

In the pit last summer in London I saw Patti Hansen, Gabriel Jagger, Keith’s granddaughter Ava, and Woody Harrelson was about two rows of people behind me. Keith’s daughters also walked up front in front of the railing during his set to watch.

Forgot to mention Robert Shapiro (OJ attorney) at Dodger Stadium '97 - they showed his face on the big screens.
And Bill Clinton who gave a completely forgettable and boring five minute speech prior to the Stones coming on at the Free Staples Concert in 2003.

Worst thing about that gig: Bill Clinton. Best thing: everything else.

I literally ran into Lenny Kravitz in March 2006 at the Stones Robin Hood Benefit show at Radio City....on the way out I was walking up the center aisle and turned to speak to my friend, Lenny STOPPED in his 4 inch heeled boots and I plowed right into him...I just said " So sorry" and he said " that's OK"...he is very short!

89 in Vancouver saw former NBA player Bill Walton, who is a big Stones fan. My friend and I both stuck out our hands to shake his and he literally shook both our hands at the same time! Hand the size of a baseball glove!
94 in Vancouver saw David Duchovny. X Files was a new show filming in Vancouver so I doubt many people recognized him. Also Vancouver Canuck Geoff Courtnall. Canucks had gone to the Stanley Cup finals earlier that year but lost to the New York Rangers. He was recognized by a lot of people.

I actually handed Price Harry a beer as I was in front of him at the bar! Although having stood next to Bruce Willis during the filming of Shine A Light I don't think he was very impressed with my attempted joke about me getting more screen time than him in Shine a Light when we met again at the Fonda.
