According to local press the sound was just as bad in Cardiff yesterday.

I saw most of the Spice Girls in the audience of one the Stones shows at MSG in January, 1998. In fact, we had a t-shirt printed up that said "I F****d a Spice Girl" which my friend threw up onto the B-stage when the Stoene were playing their set out there. Ronnie saw it and held it up for Mick to see and they shared a laugh. One of the roadies (Johnny Starbucks) kept it taped to the inside of his road case for the remainder of the tour and I think it's probably still there.
