Seems indeed to be rare because there's no such Sleeve to find via an picture search ....

YES! Not only is it rare but it's cool! The rare font even looks cooler.
I'm a big fan of Miss You and collecting.
The Tongue on these Adverts is the same as on the Promo-Single (with the Script-Font).
And the Photo on the Promo-Single has also a slightly different scale.
Maybe the Promo-Single has still the Draft-Artwork which was then changed for the Release-version.

No, it's not the original logo on the adverts - it's the same logo as on the US-Edition (Rear-Cover) of the 'Emotional Rescue'-LP as well as on the Undercover-Single: [www.Discogs.com] , [iorr.org] .
The original logo (by John Pasche) is this one: [www.vam.ac.uk] .
What's actually this strange cut in the Tongue-logo, the bold '4' of '45RPM', the bold 'ST' of 'STEREO' and the bold 'RS' of 'RS19307' ?
A mistake in the manufacturing of the artwork-master? Looks like pieced together from another Cover (also on Bill's side) - large picture of the Promo-Single.

Now it's clear - these Sleeves are Prototypes. And there're at least two (different) copies.

Jack, as I remember your back also has this lettering, so both front and back are different from the usual one.
I cannot remember if front and back were assembled together, or just taped, in any case this looks to me like a test made by the executives at Warner to decide which lettering to choose. Not many were made for sure, maybe you own the only survival copy of this test but since it was printed (one hardly produce fancy CMYK film to print a single copy) I doubt only 1 was printed.
For info, the US sheet music has another (3rd) lettering too.
