I feel strongly that in order to help Mick's recovery, to ease Charlie's sore muscles and to have less chords for Keith to remember, the title of the rescheduled tour should be changed from "No Filter" to .........."No Encore".

How about "No Surprises" ?

Not sure what you've been reading, but clearly it must be some sort of fictional writings.
Not saying the shows being rescheduled this year is a definite, but that seems to be the goal.
