Sure we can. But apart of paper sleeves there is nothing special. That suppose to be simple copy-paste job based (mainly) on 2009 remaster. Pure cash in.
BTW the origin is marked wrong in your links. UM Japan list only SITS as 2005 remaster. SF as 2009/2015. The rest - 2009. Hardly believe these would be an ear candy.

Yes. And this time with UK track list. But if you have that old Japanese CP35-5021 you'll hardly need this new re-issue. Only for completists reasons.

These are 'collector's only' items. They have nothing to do with albums (or in this case CD) sales. Hardly believe the overall pressing run would be more than 5000 for each title.

Those unboxing videos must be very tempting for ardent collectors. Like a cold beer for an alcoholic...

The vinyl I have sounds very bad anyway, so it will be interesting to compare with the UMG remaster.

I know the dynamics will be crap on the UMG remaster, though

YES, but did you buy both the spanish AND ROW covers, and how many copies of each did you buy?

I ordered them all last thursday and got them since yesterday, which is unbelievable fast getting them from Amazon Japan and send to The Netherlands. But I haven't listened to one of them yet. That says a lot of how urgent I think these releases realy are. As a fan I wanted all of them, but it are probably all the same mixes and have nothing to do with the original releases anyway.

I also took the bait and ordered "Sucking in the 70s" - my favourite Stones comp; almost an album in its own right to go with the albums 1978-1981 as it sums up the era brilliantly. That decadent, funky, soulful, groovy era. I love the era as much as the 68-72.

Those comps had cool pop-art covers and titles (except for Rewind maybe); very nice collector pieces.

Who will come first with actual timing of Time Waits For No One song from the compilation of the same title?
