1935 confused smiley ha ha

I did some research looks like it was just recorded for fun and never should be released

This is the original version

One of the reaction on this song on youtube:
This was the second of two takes of this song recorded with Walter Rowland on piano. The first take was a 'clean' version and was pressed for distribution. The second take which is posted here, was done most likely for the amusement of the studio participants that day, existing as an acetate or test pressing until Stash Records got a hold of it in the late 1970's. Athough it appears she was being fed the lyrics as she went along, this song was not too much out of character for Lucille. Songs like this were strictly back room and underground, and would have been shunned by 1930's polite society

ya, I've got a bunch of her stuff, that's not the only raunchy one (check out til the cows come home), she had a bit of popularity then.. I was a bit surprised I hadn't came across that lyric til a few years back considering how much the Stones history is intertwined with the blues as I was always looking for what their influences might've been.

A blustery windy and wet day in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. a perfect day for Quadrophenia.
