Wrong KR, Rockman, but I feel ya. Its not that I like the stuff out of his (Takashi 69 I mean) mouth, but I like something there. Have been reading up on his reprobate life and think he has been deluded into thinking one can buy love. He is finding out different, which is one of the main milestones of growing up, to me anyway. I wish him the best and hope he gets out of his negative space.
Can't really do better than Bim Sherman. It was a real tragedy to lose him so soon. One anecdote I can share, my friend and noted reggae journalist Penny Reel (sadly RIP also) got called from Heathrow one time by him, he had been detained when they found some ganja in his pocket and Reel had to go down there and talk to immigration authorities to get him sprung and into the country. His biggest regret: he had no good JA herb and had to smoke the crap that passed for herb in the UK.
Bim Shieman as he was once known, a very shy man, it is true.
