I may be wrong but I don't think that the new dates will suddenly appear on ticketmaster or RS.com.
I think that we can expect an announcement in the press and media first : something OFFICIAL to announce when the new dates will be published (something like "the new dates will be published on Thursday at 10 AM" - date and time are chosen to give an example).
I would find that highly irrtitating. Given the tight schedule they should release the dates asap and an announcement like this would indicate they are all set but decided to wait for two more days. I hope not...

Yes that would be frustrating imo.
“In the coming days” to me is sooner rather than later.

What makes me wonder: [www.rollingstones.com] only lists 11 shows TBD (with Florida missing i.e.)

Here's a guess as to the likeliest dates for each show...
Chicago - 6/21 and 25
Ontario - 6/29
Houston - 7/3 or 7 or 12

Miami - 7/3 or 4 or 12 or 20
Jacksonville - 7/7 or 8 or 16 or 24
Boston - 7/12 or 28 or 8/9
Philly - 7/16 or 8/13
Denver - 7/20 or 8/10
Seattle - 7/24 or 8/14
DC - 7/28 or 8/9 or 17
NYC - 8/1 and 5
Bay Area - 8/17 or 18 or 24
Phoenix - 8/26 or 28 or 21 or 22 or 7/3 or 4 or 16

I'm sorry if this has already been answered but do we know the timing of the announcement?
The Rolling Stones posted this on social media:
May 10: Thank you for all your patience and support regarding the re-scheduling of the Rolling Stones US and Canada tour dates. We will have an update and announcement in the coming days for you, please stay tuned!
I posted this on the IORR news the day before:
May 9: The Rolling Stones Tour start probably June 21 in Chicago
The Rolling Stones postponed No Filter Tour 2019 is rumoured to start in Chicago June 21, and last until the end of August. New dates of the postponed shows are expected to be announced Tuesday May 14. See the IORR thread Tour Postponed : The Rolling Stones No Filter Summer Tour USA/Canada 2019.
If you add these two sources up, one official and one unofficial, saying "in the coming days" and "Tuesday", my best guess would be Tuesday daytime USA which would be any time from 8am to 4pm EST (East Coast time), which is afternoon Tuesday in Europe etc. Tomorrow at this time we should know, pretty close, if everything is working well.

Even if we get dates today, the tickets won't be available.
They need to give lead time for a new general on sale

This has been said before, but it's also obvious. Shows that are now past dated (miami, jacksonville etc) are gone from the website because that's how time works

Why would they need to do that?
The tickets are already on sale and the majority have been sold already.

A good portion probably opted for a refund.
What about lucky dip tickets? Say half the fans refunded, how will they sell the other half? Surely they'll have a set time to re-release those tickets

refunded tickets will directly be re-released...there is no need to stop the selling. and shurely not half of the tickets were refunded. Most People will do that when they realise that they can't do the new date. Not any local would ask for a refund before the announcement of the new Dates...

Agree with this.
Also typically when there's an announcement on a Tue. for example, it concludes with "Tickets on Sale Fri @10AM" or similar. Wonder if the fact that tix are/have been available has anything to do with the potential of a Thur announcement. Perhaps they'll reshuffle the deck a bit and go with "New tix/packages available tomorrow @10AM". And/or they may be genuinely working out the details on a venue or two resulting in no final leaks yet here as we have grown accustomed to.

Any new shows will need an onsale date. How about new orleans? If they play at another venue there will need to be a ticket drop. Or what if a different show has to be moved to a new venue?

So two more days of people with no actual knowledge coming up with their own lists of dates based only on analysis of weather patterns, NFL and Cirque de Soleil dates and the listing on TM which BV says over and over means nothing?
100 pages will not be a problem.
