Most people won’t go for a refund until they know the new date and whether or not they can attend it.
I have 6 tickets for the Foxboro show and "refund" is not an option offered. My ticket master account just says "postponed" date TBA

Also typically when there's an announcement on a Tue. for example, it concludes with "Tickets on Sale Fri @10AM" or similar. Wonder if the fact that tix are/have been available has anything to do with the potential of a Thur announcement. Perhaps they'll reshuffle the deck a bit and go with "New tix/packages available tomorrow @10AM". And/or they may be genuinely working out the details on a venue or two resulting in no final leaks yet here as we have grown accustomed to.
Any new shows will need an onsale date. How about new orleans? If they play at another venue there will need to be a ticket drop. Or what if a different show has to be moved to a new venue?

My prediction would be 10AM East coast time or just after. That would mean 7AM Pacific coast which makes sense. Any time before that seems a bit early. Most people on the west coast would still be in bed.
So 3PM UK time perhaps..? Fingers crossed!

Most of the US stadiums remain unchanged in terms of how they were selling, seating maps don't appear to have too many new seats available (refunds).
Burl's Creek, in Canada, however, looks like the majority of ticket holders opted for a refund.

What about lucky dip tickets? Say half the fans refunded, how will they sell the other half? Surely they'll have a set time to re-release those tickets
