The Rose bowl is already pretty much filled, and being the only show in SoCal they could have filled it on any night. But wise I guess to get a hotel booked in Santa Clara just in case if you're willing to pay the price.
I might be looking to the outskirts of town for cheaper hotels out in the boonies lol, and then drive in for the show. Had such a killer deal for the original date within walking distance, but that's they way the ball bounces....

u could save yourself the sky high cost of a hotel room if u simply drove home after the show since u live in the Bay Area. I grew up in Sactown and we would always go to a concert or a game in the Bay and then drive home.

Agree, and lots of alternatives - they could bump up Glendale in between Pasadena and Santa Clara which would both be on weekends.

As for Auburn, CA, last time I drove thru it seemed very trendy, Truckee too.. A sideways Stones connect to Montana, a friend of mine exiled himself from LA to Montana now and was once Mick's driver on a project

That would work and so just in case I booked a hotel for that night too.....what the hell.....but I am betting that they give the Stones a go at a weeknight show at Levi's. After reading all of those articles it seems the city is losing out on revenue as a result of the curfew....

The 49ers winning the next Super Bowl would have better odds. I just read an article about the latest lawsuit between the city and 49ers regarding concert issues. I was at U2 and at 5PM there were rumours they were going to start an hour early due to the curfew. Weekday traffic is also brutal at that time of day.
*Still not a problem. If this tour comes on, let’s lay a chill and relax vibe.
Back to Santa Clara on a Wednesday:
Everyone should get to the stadium by 3:00 pm. This will prevent any traffic stress.

The San Jose airport (SJC) is in the same neighborhood as Levi Stadium. The 11:30pm airport curfew is violated from time to time. Oracle founder, Larry Ellison, landed his private jet after hours and was fined. A court battle over the fine ensued - I believe he won.
