basically it says that the Stones had to pay 255.000 Euros for the use of the venue for 14 days. At day of the show they were allowed to make noise one more hour than usually permitted, i.e. untel 11 p.m.
quite cheap, I'd say – only some 3 Euros per person attending the show

Interesting - use of the site starts on 1 September and the contract is dated 5 September.
