I saw this one too a couple of months ago, but gladly I found out it was incomplete before I bought it.
You can always say to the seller that it is not an official release and that you didn't know this and that you want return it. It is probably even a blu ray -r.
If you paid with Paypal than you can contact with them and it will be very easy to get your money back.

You can buy the DVD, which contains the full performance, in excellent broadcast quality.
