When did Tumbling Dice become Tumblin' Dice and Jumpin' Jack Flash become Jumping Jack Flash? Like that RollingStone bit about Brad Paisley. So stupid.
Undercover of the Night is now Undercover (of the Night).

Which means One Hit (To The Body) is now (One Hit) To The Body?

I listen the the live HONK tracks on my way to work and again on the way back from work everyday. The more of a chance I give them, the better they get.
Today GET OFF MY CLOUD really got my attention. While listening carefully to what the guitars are doing is really cool. It's new twist on an old song. A new arrangement. It's very cool.
One thing about the Rolling Stones is that they change the songs live as they go through the shows and the through the years. Take J J FLASH for example;1968, 1969, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1978, 1981... so different.
It takes several listens, at least it does for me to grasp what's going on with the new live tracks.
There is very unpleasant sound in the very beginning. Some effect is compressed beyond reasonable. That effect is hidden deep on CBS, Virgin and recent Japanese SHM editions but pops brightly on 2009 remaster. I just checked all those versions. It sounds like a glitch at the end of the very 1st second (0.01) of the track.Quote

I don't notice anything unusual with Harlem Shuffle. Maybe you got a bad disc?

Yeap. It is there. But it was buried for all but 2009 remaster. Actually, it is present on Grrr! and for 25th single from 45x45 box. Somebody just brings it upfront during mastering.Quote

Ironbelly, you're absolutely right. There's a annoying glitch at the beginning of Harlem Shuffle. I can't hear it on previous editions. It sounds like a tape glitch to me so maybe it was there from the start. But now it's clearly (and annoyingly) audible.
