Some of you may have a different opinion - and that's fine - but I have watched to broadcast of Bremen many times and I always thought it was one of their best post-'89 concerts on video. Yes, they did not play too concentrated or tight. This was in the middle of a big world tour at a point where they were playing really lose and well oiled this is what is makes really special for me. Some journalist said the Stones are good when they want to prove something but they are amazing when they feel they don't have to prove anything. And they played this way on that show. Also, since this was not recorded for a dvd release the band was not distracted by the, compared to other filmed concerts where you feel there were playing for the cameras. Ronnie was not in the best shape on that tour, but I think in Bremen he was much, much better than in San Jose '99. Keith was on fire on both shows.
on this link it says that this is an Eagle Rock production which makes this official so when will this be available in the United States ?Because if it's Eagle Rock then I want it !

So it's coming out in December?
19 minutes of BONUS? Couldn't they have added the Double Door show too??Quote
rbk
Presumably the Chicago "bonus" DVD which only runs 19 minutes is the MTV feed from opening night.

Wasn't St-Louis '97 already released officially? I'm pretty sure my copy of it was bought in a store....
I don't get why everybody's asking for its release... again.
It wasn't the show of the century.

ironbellyThe comparison with No Security - San Jose 99 will give different results. I think 24FPS is referring to that album from 2018.Quote

Doesn't make sense if it's an official release. We just got No Security.
That came out in 1998.
What's not on NO SECURITY in bold:
Satisfaction
Let's Spend The Night Together
Flip The Switch
Gimme Shelter
Anybody Seen My Baby
Paint It Black
Saint Of Me
Out Of Control
Memory Motel
Miss You
Thief In The Night
Wanna Hold You
It's Only Rock'N' Roll
You Got Me Rocking
Like A Rolling Stone
Sympathy For The Devil
Tumbling Dice
Honky Tonk Women
Start Me Up
Jumpin' Jack Flash
You Can't Always Get What You Want
Brown Sugar
Oh crap. Duh. I was going by the first one! Perhaps if he'd said SAN JOSE I would've gotten it.

Is it strange that DVDs are still being released? With Blu-ray players being all you can get, that will play DVDs, it seems like DVDs would not be made anymore since they're inferior to Blu-rays.
