My ticket JUST ARRIVED by UPS 2 minutes ago so NOW I'm JAZZED!! When will they announce who the opening acts will be for each show? The last time I saw the Stones at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts Kanye opened for them and he was HORRIBLE! Was anyone else at that show...if so, what did YOU think? The show was amazing and included " SWAY" so my set list dream came true. PLEASE MICK, no RAP ARTISTS as openers this time around!

Some of their opening acts like Kanye were a complete waste of time but I have loved SOME of their choices like John Mayer, the Corrs and the Pretenders. Ryan Adams was another one I wish they'd SKIPPED....when he opened in NYC I thought he WAS HORRIFIC!

wish they would go back to the style of openers they had back in 81..,
ones that fit with the Stones
go to see, bands like Journey, Santana, Iggy Pop, George thorogood,
in more recent years some decent bands for me have been, Beck, stone temple pilots,big sugar,

I actually think that the No Security Tour of 1999 had decent openers. That was they tour they had the Corrs & John Maher...of course going WAY BACK to '72 they had " Little" Stevie Wonder and in '75 they had the Outlaws,& Bobby Womack to name just a couple. In '78 they had Foreigner and Peter Tosh. I do agree that they really don't need an opening act...I'd be happier to see them perform longer with about 26 songs per show! With a catalog like theirs they could do a mini acoustic set! Dreaming.....I know!

that's quite some bragging rights there....

I agree, Testify, but that would take too much preparation for them. Gary Clark was great in 2013 when I saw the Stones in Boston and he has a new cd out....and I'd also love Buddy Guy. My vote goes to a seasoned bluesman, in keeping with their traditional roots.
GASLIGHTSTREET, we KNOW " THEY" are the deciders but it is only a few months away so SOMEBODY other than the Stones KNOW who is on board as an opening act...these musicians need notice and can't be signed on a month before the gig! Talk about stating the obvious....
