great to see this. I love Shania. Her bio is fascinating and she's a hero to me for how hard she worked even as child.
I didn't now about her till 2002 with that "UP" LP that Mutt Lange produced.
I guess on IORR, I'd get sort of ass-kicked for digging her; it's mostly pop.
I don't think she made another LP for a super long time....
...she had a baby but came back; a little older and wiser and less
spangly; more jeans and a cool top but somehow that was even sexier...
Hoppy is old.
She went from the bottom to the Top ; then divorces and throat problems
with her beautiful instrument challenged and in disrepair.
Im so glad to see this here; thanks for posting the thread.
I'd posted the following paste a couple of days ago in "what are you listening
to right now' thread...
and think i have before from time to time. it's super square, she's not even an American and married an Australian; but I think she lives here in the u.s.
i really dug 'rock this country' ....and the players she had were ace. I guess Mutt knows about that. I don't know about his Britney Spears stuff...not my thing...and his Celine Dion stuff. well i have only one problem with Celine...
well actually there are a dozen, and i'm not gonna disrepect here but please lousie and jeeze shut up ...

Shania Twain quoted this month, January 2019.
She's been in the game a long time now,
and started supporting her family singing in bars in Canada
while still elementary school age....anyway, most here will ignore
any pop country artists, especially one that hit so long ago.
The AC/DC producer she was married to really had some triumphant
releases with here back in the early 2000's...
She's a guilty pleasure for me, coming up with such
faux-americana glitz but it works for me... lol...
and there's this form a recent Today Show interview on NBC television in the States.
"The country singer has not only met a ton of stars, she's witnessed countless concerts, too. If she had to pick her favorite concert, she says it would have to be the Rolling Stones.
'Best concert I ever went to was a Stones concert. What tops that? In Cuba,' she shares."

Hoppy can't help himself. I love this. I just do.
I love her the way 35 loves Mick I think.
